How our service works
1. Get assessed
Pain is personal, and so is our care. We start by understanding your journey and how pain it is impacting your life.
During your first appointment with our specialist team you'll create a fully personalised treatment plan, best suited to your unique profile.
All of this can be delivered from the comfort of your own home, saving you the money, time and energy you’d spending travelling to a physical clinic (but we can see you in person too if needed)
2. Get care
You'll benefit from the experience of our consultant-led team of doctors, nurses, psychologists and physiotherapists. They work together and in collaboration with your GP to ensure your plan is comprehensive.

Our care team is experienced in managing complex pain and in caring for patients who have been overlooked or made to wait for treatment.

Our care coordinators are also on hand 24/7 to make sure you have everything you need along the way.
3. Get treatment
We take a whole person or ‘biopsychosocial’ approach to care, and offer a full range of treatments including:
-
Medical treatment like injections and medication, to give you the relief you need to get started
-
Psychology & physiotherapy care to build resilience with mental health and movement
-
Our pain management programme, which provides tools and coaching to accelerate your journey to living better.
-
Social support such as help returning to work and accessing other healthcare services
4. Get better
We know that the work continues even after you leave our care.
You’ll retain access to a range of resources on managing pain, curated by our care. team, to support and guide you. You can also join our drop-in sessions where you can meet others living with pain and ask questions to our team.
Should you need to, we make it easy for you to come back and see us again.
